03Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed via our website and transmitted to our internal team over encrypted connections (TLS). Our website is hosted on Vercel; data entered through contact forms is routed securely to our team and stored on our internal company systems.

We retain enquiry and order data for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance, after which it is securely deleted.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

04Cookies

Essential: the site remembers your cookie choice in your browser so it does not ask again. This is not used to identify you. The site never uses advertising cookies.

Analytics (optional): only if you click Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and understand how the site is used. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
